Cake Pops:
Bake box cake, let cool. crumble then add a little buttercream just enough so cake pops hold there shape.
Roll into shape and put in refrigerator, after cold about 1/2 hr. dip sucker stick into melted chocolate and insert into cake shape, put in fridge for about 1/2 hr. take out and dip into candy chocolate melts, then place on an un-melted candy melt to give it a bottom. (You can add shortening to your chocolate melts to thin) this will make the chocolate smoother.

Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes...
2/3 cup butter Preheat oven to 350
2 lg. eggs in bowl mix, flour, baking powder and salt
2 1/2 cup flower in another bowl mix brown sugar, walnuts and
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder cinnamon. In mixer cream butter and sugar add
1/2 tsp. salt eggs (One at a time) and vanilla. Add and alternate
3/4 cup packed brown sugar flour and milk till just mixed, layer batter with brown
1/3 cup chopped walnuts sugar mix in cupcakes wrapper. Bake about 18 min.
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 cup milk.

Strawberry Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350
2 1/2 cups cake flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cups unsalted butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup Strawberry preserves
4 large eggs
3/4 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Butter-milk
Red food coloring
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda. Mix/beat butter & sugar blend add preserves blend add eggs, vanilla and desired Pink/red color. Add flour alternate with butter-milk end with flour.
Bake @ 350 for 20to 30 min. Frost with cream cheese Butter-cream
